Our house calls are scheduled in a two hour appointment time period. This window allows us flexibility for unexpected circumstances during the house call, traffic, and other unforeseen situations. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client within the scheduled two hour time frame.
If your circumstance requires, please request that we call you when we are on our way to your home for your scheduled appointment.
